dude! i use mobile data too and yet i download most of stuff here in 1080p. there’s no need of broadband or wifi to download higher quality formats
i prefer 480p its good for me
ans expensive data plans are required for 1080p
i always download 480p or 720 hevc.

Yeah, the the file apparently is ok but when trying to download it there is always an error with access to the Google account to “Get Login Code”, and I have tried it using two different browsers and two different Google accounts.
I even tried using telegram’s download and it appears that “Google Drive error: File not found or restricted”
