I just recently downloaded the Bluray version. Are the differences between Web-DL version over 90% better than the Bluray one?

well one thing I immediately checked in this release was the restaurant scene with Gretchen and Walter in S02E06 to see if the part where he says “Fuck you” to her is censored and it isn’t. all other versions I checked in the past have that part censored. the 720p bluray version on this site has it censored (I don’t even know why), but on the newer 1080p bluray release it’s not
