I have been trying to figure that out myself bro. I’ve been using a free software called Hanadbrake and I got fantastic results with it. Unfortunately I still don’t know how Pahe encodes to a specific small file size while still retaining the excellent quality.

Hey admin how do you guys get the encoded file to be exactly 300MB, 350MB or 400MB while retaining the superb quality? For practice I downloaded the exact source file that you listed on here for each episode and I use handbrake and set the picture resolution to 1280 × 640, video quality settings at number 24, and the audio quality setting at the lowest setting. The encoded file was excellent but the size ended up being about 420MB. I started encoding as a hobby but I am a beginner at this stuff and I desperately want to learn more about it because it’s fun. Can you tell me which program you guys use?
You can still use handbrake and set it to 2-pass mode
What other settings do i need to have it at with the 2 pass mode so that I can get the encoded file to be the exact 300MB, 350MB or 400MB that you guys get without quality loss?
