Back in Jan I noted here that S2E1 720p would not play in our Samsung BRay player. It freezes the player and the only solution is a hard shutdown. I tried remuxing in MKV Merge but the hash was the same and it didn’t fix anything. So I let the season finish before getting any others replacing E1 from another source. But Pahe’s S2E2 720p has the same problem.
In 3 years I’ve never had any problems playing Pahe files before then all of a sudden this and in the same TV series? I can’t find any explanation on line aside from some year’s old comments about compressed headers causing problems in hardware players. I’m now trying a MKV repair app called Meteorite. I’ll write later on the results.
In the mean time… any ideas Admin?
The Meteorite app didn’t work. Luckily I recently bought a x265 media player called Micca and that plays the 1080p files. But the mystery remains.

The “Batch” in 1080p on Mega only contains episodes 01 and 05 atm, in 720p on Mega it’s not the full season either.
