Some episodes are originally 29 min long in show but the episodes are only 22 min long in batch

what makes you think wikipedia is giving correct info?
Runtime can be different when it comes to tv shows due of many factors like commercial or framerate issue
other sites are giving episode of same runtime as Wikipedia and some scenes are missing in your episodes and its not that some normal episodes also have some deleted scenes.
