a little bit disappointed me,
simply because it was perceived in supernatural
perspective rather than reality… Which is

X264 What a waste ?????
it’s not a waste. The x264 encodes ALWAYS get about 40% more download than x265 (when the movie has both codec option)
People still love x264 for some reason
x264 is simply more popular and almost no devices have any problems with it. And 1080p 3GB x264 movie is always better quality than 2GB x265. And yes, I’ve downloaded couple movies and compared.
So thank you Pahe for constant supporting x264 8bit.
Because X265 cannot play in Windows 7 Or 8, and lot of us don’t have windows 10

but it is a great pace for a reupload movies, people always pick the x265 for its a more on a small size. It is not waste, but just please add it for more option and its a reasonable one. thank you everyone.
people always pick the x265 -> wrong. Do you have the statistic on that? Because I do have it.
Also, we cannot please everyone. Everything was done manually, not using automatic encode bot.
my pick has always been on 264, just sayin’
some people of that 40% lesser chose x265 codecs because they can get your high quality movies codecs at their more affordable size. it was never a competition nor a form of demands You are always the best and forever will. just reconsider to keep giving the hevc option even if its only at the next reupload of a same movie.
