Personally, I liked reduced/combed film-grain (despite contrast loss) in BluRay-Remaster. But then I don’t have Pahe’s “720p-x265-10bit” option. 😂

Looks like you may have a long way to go to replace your x264 collections with the x265 encoded ones but, as long as you are happy and downloading, thats what matters unlike some other people :D.

So, is the WEB better than the Bluray?
Because as far as I know its the other way.
IIRC, if the WEB-DL is sourced from Movies Anywhere (MA), it either has the same or better quality than BluRay. Check it out for yourself. The comparison is on the notes section.
