I think you should include English audio. Previous Bluray releases didn’t even include Italian dub. Because both audio tracks were made in postproduction there is no really original audio, but two main actors are English, so they dubbed their own voices in English dub.
Like I said with the release of Zombie 2. If you’re going to post remastered consider going all the way and post 1080p. Thanks!
