That one has occasional side blackbar throughout the movie, and this WEB-DL has more viewing picture than BluRay
The Disney+ version is using a different camera (shot for 3D I guess), it’s missing a bit of picture on the top and the bottom but doesn’t have the occasional black bar on the left on the BD release. The only IMAX sequence is the airport fight scene.

Actually it’s BD version which was shot for 3D. All IMAX BD versions of Marvel films were ripped from 3D Blurays, because only 3D Blurays had IMAX scenes. Rippers took image from one eye, that’s why there are black borders on sides. Also 3D Blurays had different brightness and colors which had to be adjusted hence the new Web-dls from Disney + have more accurate colors and contrast. There was also video stream for each eye on 3D Bluray, so bitrate wasn’t as high as on regular BD. That’s why IMAX Wed-dl is superior to IMAX BD in case of Marvel films.

Well, do you want to see better quality (UHD Blu-Ray) or wider screen (IMAX)? IMAX has no black screen on top&bottom and you can see also more of the frame. I’d personally choose IMAX. If you’re watching on smaller TV/monitor, choose IMAX, but I think IMAX is better for all, CMIIW.

Which one subtitle for 1080×265?
It’s supposed to have extra picture at the top and bottom, so it almost completely fills 16:9 fullscreen? But actually it’s identical to Bluray UHD with big black bars at the top and bottom (4K version anyway, didn’t check the rest).
This movie has only airport fight scene in IMAX.
