Can you please explain as to why earlier you used to have lower bitrate like 4Mbps for 2160p rips? As of now I see you increased it to 9-9.5 Mbps. I researched and found that you cannot have the highest quality for 4K if you don’t have at least 20-25Mbps. Are you losing much of quality with lower bitrate? I checked PSA rips and they now have 2-4 Mbps bitrate and there IMAX version of Captain America 2160p looked crap on Plex on OLED tv. Do you plan to increase bitrate for your 2160p in future? I seriously don’t mind downloading 15-20 GB filesize for 2160p. But as always I prefer your rips instead of other rips. Love you.
I realized that <6Mbps is not good enough, the video would suffer of extreme detail loss or degraining. After several test, I decided that 7-15Mbps as a sweet spot for this site standard.
About 20-25Mbps, we can't go to that bitrate because the nature of this site (remember that Pahe was built for small size rips) , also there are other group that doing 20-30mbps out there, we just provided more option.
