Season 2 is not in correct order. The subtitles are, I think. But the episodes are definitely not.

s02 is not correct in order of episods please correct this mistake
As others already mentioned, there seems to be a mix-up with the episodes in this season 2.
Took me quite a while, but I think I’ve managed to figure it out, for anyone that may have the patience to re-mux the correct video files with subtitles.
For starters, it seems that the subtitles contained in each episode are correct – i.e. subtitle in episode 1 is indeed the one intended for episode 1 (but the video file is NOT episode 1!), subtitle in ep. 2 indeed is for ep. 2 – but not the video file, and so on.
Using that as basis, I believe the video files for the 16 episodes should be rearranged as following:
Video file for episode 1 is actually that of episode 6.
Episode 2 is actually episode 1.
Episde 3 is ok – the only one here! 🙂
Episode 4 is actually episode 2.
Ep. 6 is ep. 5.
Ep. 5 is ep. 4.
Ep. 7 is ep. 8.
Ep. 8 is ep. 7.
Ep. 9 is ep. 11.
Ep. 10 is ep. 9.
Ep. 11 is ep. 10.
Ep. 12 is ep. 15.
Ep. 13 is ep. 16.
Ep. 14 is ep. 13.
Ep. 15 is ep. 14.
Ep. 16 is ep. 12.
Easiest thing you can do, of course, is renumber the mkv files according to the above, and simply watch turning off the subtitles! 🙂

Tried everything for season 1, none of them work!
Note: S04E01 on Mega-Folder is failing to download with “Decryption Error”; tried three times.
Downloaded that episode using One-Drive folder.
Is there any season in disorder other than S02
A brrip of this series would be very welcomed!

If you download the file and extract it, that is not the file format. All file names are 1080p.WEB.h264-NiXON_new

Filenames are incorrect, but files themselves are exactly what they should be.

If you check the informational box at the top of the page, you can see where the issue emendated from.
The source files:
1080p.WEB.h264-NiXON (S3-7)
The encoding just didn’t properly NAME the files during the encoding process, but ENCODED the files correctly. Hence the ‘_new” appended to the old original file names.
Could use a script to rename the files correctly, use software (like Advanced Renamer), or since it’s just 18 files you could even do the rename manually instead.
