Seems as if episodes 10,11 and 12 are missing on Season 4. Compared the episode list on iMDb to what is on MEGA and 1D, and those appear to be the missing files according to the file names.
I confirm that episodes 10, 11, and 12 are missing from season 4. However, they are available in the original source torrent so Pahe can still encode and upload the missing episodes. Thanks Pahe
