Runtime of both version is 129 minutes (there is error in runtime info in this post). There is also Korean cut of this movie with some alternative scenes which wasn’t posted here. This is a new release (a repack, in this case) of the same movie. This usually warrants another post, since repacks are typically made to address deficiencies in the previous release – note the slightly bigger file size here. The runtime has been rounded – as it is usually done on most release websites.
No, “repack” means corrected release by the same group, but we are talking about scene rules which doesn’t apply here. There is nothing wrong with previous release. The point is there are two cuts of this movie but the same one was posted here twice and only one was labeled as International. And runtime is the same at both releases, you don’t “round” 129 minutes to 139 minutes.
