I have ac3 audio from other rip but unfournately that one is not matched with this one..because of the 1second difference hence i can’t merge it with your rip.
I wanted to merge that audio because that one has significant louder audio than this one on Logitech z906 speaker.
Here is the media info of that audio-
Dialog Normalization : -31 dB
cmixlev : -4.5 dB
surmixlev : -6 dB
dialnorm_Average : -31 dB
dialnorm_Minimum : -31 dB
dialnorm_Maximum : -31 dB
May i know which of this value is the reason of this difference?
you can set delay on mkvmerge GUI. Easy.
@Sagor
What @BHB said. Many easy ways to set the audio delay:
FFmpeg Batch AV Converter (or any other FFmpeg apps to choose from)
MKVToolNix
Avidemux
If you can’t figure out the software end yourself, upload your .ac3 somewhere, post a DL link to get to that file, and tell us which of the video options (resolution and encode) from this release you want merged with it.
Thank you @BHB for the suggestion.I have tried but couldn’t match with video, Sorry.
But can you tell me which value i posted earlier is the main reason for the louder volume?
@arrrcache
Thank you for your kindness to help me.

I want to merge it with 1080p DV release.
@Sagor
This wasn’t just a basic sync issue.
The .ac3 file you wanted to substitute in was actually longer than the video of this Pahe release. Also, the video from this Pahe release had a few corrupt frames at the end that made it slightly problematic when syncing.
The sync could be accomplished via the method BHB described. It needed about a 1200 ms adjustment. But sometimes players do not recognize the Delay offset flag so playback may or may not work depending on what software/hardware was used.
Instead, I just did a small amount of lossless trimming of both your .ac3 (beginning and end) and the video of this Pahe release until lengths of each matched exactly. This eliminated the need for any syncing.
This file below will include everything from this Pahe release (chapters, subtitles, etc) EXCEPT the original .eac3, the original ,aac, and the original HEVC video that had the corrupt frames.

Let me know if you have any issues downloading the file.
If anyone wants/would like explanation of and what tools to use when doing something like this, just post here and I can write up a more detailed step by step.
@arrrcache
can you check this and see if you can fix the audio issue please?

@BHB
Willing to give it a try but all those original links to the Pahe encodes are dead.
The version that was provided by Modem_Arnex seems okay? Not sure about the exact transition point. Many reported it around the 02:06:55 mark but it may have been very slightly before that. Hard to tell without the original encodes or the original source, though.
Thank you! Could you also please upload Conjuring 2 uhd…advance thanks!
@arrrcache
Thank you for your hard work but you axed the DV metadata. If it’s not much of a hassle can you please redo it with DV metadata intact?
Yes i like to know how you sync the audio.
