Season 6 has been released on Blu Ray, I assume in Germany based on the English and German audio and subtitle tracks in the individual disk rips on TorrentDay.
I do not believe there will be an official US release, so:

Probably going to be the best source for the final season, it can be found on IPT, PrivateHD etc.
I assume the REWARD blu ray release of Season 6 floating around on RARBG is a re-encode of the EPSiLON release.
