Tried again and now it complain cannot reach t.co. after checking various setting and found that t.co is blocked by one of the block list on my pc. Having whitelisted t.co and cleared cache now able to reach GD and downloaded EPS 2.. Please ignore my previous messages and thank you for posting EPS 2.
