Can we get UHD Theatrical ? Extended does not always mean better
In this case the extended version is better because some key story elements were cut to make it more acceptable for theatre. However, when the extended version has a bunch of bad scenes added, I would agree with you. For example, Alien: Resurrection (extended) is worse than the theatre version. It adds nothing to the story and includes a bunch of lame jokes.
