it seems that you dont do it for most of animation movies
It won’t give you better quality in any terms since HDR to sdr conversion never did well on animation movies.
So don’t expect to get it.
Yes admin even in live action movies UHD converted file have issues, sometimes too bright and over exposed or over saturated, sometimes a bit dim. But the texture detail is really good in UHD files only if the exposure and brightness could be normal.
