Do you by any chance have different subtitles? The built-in ones(both ASS and UTF) are missing a lot of lines. I did not have any luck at subscene.
There’s no better subtitle. This release have subs taken from Netflix but since Bluray release came with additional scenes few lines were missing. Bluray itself doesn’t come with English subtitles

Bluray quality and bonus scenes are welcome I just wish they had the subtitles. I’m guessing you synced the Netflix to your encode by yourself? I have a small recommendation for future reference, use subtitles by VIKI team instead of official Netflix because those are fanmade and have better explanations for people not in Korean culture.
But in most cases, your source will come with subtitles of course.
The Viki subs are missing the same lines for this series. 15 minutes into the first ep, there’s about 3 minutes of missing subs.
