There is a torrent where you can get seasons 6 & 7 if anyone wants them. The video is 720×480, so not HD. With that said, the quality is pretty amazing for being DVD rips in my opinion. I used the magnet link, and only selected seasons 6 and 7 in uTorrent. Only real downside is the files are around 250mb each, but personally, I am okay with that until an HD source to encode becomes available for seasons 6 & 7.

Unfortunately the problem with S04E20 is the source file itself. I downloaded the source and it has the exact same problem as Pahe’s encode. This can’t be fixed unless a different hd source becomes available someday. Until then, if anyone wants a working S04E20 you can download this one here – http://uptobox.com/26g32k3itpcy (it’s a bit glitchy and a bit blurry for 720p, but it doesn’t cut out at the end).

I found another with S07E18 where the audio starts to go out a sync at around 1:11 and gradually gets worse as it continues.

Last 2 seasons are sped up ever so slightly. If you compare the runtimes to the SD torrent, you see they’re like 90 seconds shorter per episode. Voices are a bit like chipmunks.
The subtitles are reversed upside down for all episodes of season 1.
