I bought a Sony HDR 4k TV but their built in Media Player Suxs, for 1 thing I can’t play your build in srt or subs on your file or any of your HDR movies that you use audio 7.1 CH, so im asking if you can tell me whats best media box player that I can play all your HDR UHD movies without any problems so I can buy one, I don’t want a box that needs to convert your movies cause they are perfect way you make them, I just want to plug in my WD Passports & play the movies easy from like how I could with a WD Media Player.
Nvidia shield should be the answer of your problem
You don’t even need to buy an additional box. Just Download Plex on your TV. Since Sony’s OS should be Android, you should have it. But then you need to run Plex Media Server on your laptop or desktop for serving these files to the local network. The TV and Plex server should be on the same network/wifi. Voila it works like a charm then.

nothing wrong. Played fine on my HDR monitor.
actually which one in better quality? 264 or 265?
265 is the same except when there is high amount of confetti-like scenes (trees, grass)
