You know what? I thought the first hour of this movie was pretty good. Then it just started getting crazy all of a sudden. And after the end of the movie, I am not happy. I realize what I was watching now is nothing more than another “I’m a feminist woman and I can do whatever I want and kill my babies if I want to!”
and really, the only reason why she got this role in the movie is because she knows how to scream really loud for a long time. Way to go.
It wasn’t really as blasphemous as I thought it would be, but it also didn’t really make a damn bit of sense. The very thought they found “the nail” is ridiculous. It would be like going to a construction site and finding a nail and saying, “This is the nail that they hung a picture with on the wall.” Millions of nails everywhere.
The Romans/Spaniards used to crucify people all the time. But they did not use “special nails”. This was a common housing nail that they would have nailed Jesus with. And there would have been millions of them buried all over the place in the dirt.
