@Joseph Lee, I’ve seen the exact cases like these so many times. And you need to do more researches before complaining, now, you see, there are many sources out there, in particularly for famous and popular Hollywood movies, such as, Frozen, Skyfall, etc. And many times the size of frame (wide or length) isn’t always exactly the same all the time especially for Blu-Ray sources (1st release, 2nd release, anniversary release) vs UHD sources vs IMAX sources vs Open Matte sources Vs Remastered sources, most of the time, they are slightly different in frame size. You go ahead compare it by yourself. Skyfall blu-ray vs Skyfall UHD (for example).
That case won’t happen to small movies, trust me, I know, I’ve been facing this particular issue for years.
