  1. Hey, thanks for this… already downloaded the first part cause a lot of sites are doing this remastered but definitely gonna download second and third part from pahe

    • also, does a new source appeared cause this is so old

    • Where do you think the 2160p version is coming from, if not from a reissue on new UHD BluRay?

    • I didn’t know it was like this recent….
Or something that i must pay attention to….
      (Scoffs)
Anyway snide remarker… i got a life so don’t bother replying cause i ain’t gonna be hanging here much

  2. Please also add 720p 10bit or 1080p 10bit

  3. How is it possible any logical explanation??

How is it possible that 1080p rem is better than 2160 source. I mean I have never heard of that before from any sites or encoders. The 2160p source should provide better results in general so how is it possible that 1080p remastered source provides better quality. I don’t get it???????????????

    • Short answer: You’re a bit confused, and reading too much into it.

The hi-def source file (2160p) listed directly above the last two download options has been used to re-encode ALL the smaller download options as well (Hence, remastered.) The 1080p is never gonna look as crispy as the 2160p, that’s not a thing. But the new remastered 1080p file WILL look better than the previous 1080p versions available – same with the new 720p version versus the old.

If you start with a better source, then the encoder has more information to play with when compiling the movie, yes? Especially when making the lower definition tiers. We’re going to be throwing away information regardless, that’s the only way to make the file smaller – but the encoder has more options about WHICH data to throw away. Savvy?

      Cheers.

    • If they say so man just believe them…

  4. Here's some logical & general explanations

    Man, it’s a long story…
but I guess everyone around here knew it,
    especially the ones who visited
this site regularly. Long story short…

    – it’s about real 4k vs upscaled 4K (official ones).
    – SDR vs HDR picture format (official ones).
    Mostly visitors here prefer
    brighter images than darker images.
    Which is sometimes darker result…
    happened in 4K resolution.
You can compare it yourself for
Dr. Strange movie – Regular BD vs 4K BD.
    Take a look closer at
dark scenes, bright scenes, close-up scenes, etc
    Hope these feed your curiosity…

  5. part iii too plz
