Min kualitas encodenya ditingkatin gua mampir dari 2015 sampai sekarang 2019 gak ada perubahan resep encodenya gitu2 aja, gak ada video Pahe yg gua save (download->tonton->hapus)
Encoder yang videonya saya save pas 2010-2014 Ganool trus 2014 pindah ke ShAaNiG karena ngerluarin x265 itu bagus banget encoderannya mereka, sampai 2017 mereka pensiun itu sedih bener. bingung mau Pilih Ganool lagi atau YIFY atau Scorp atau PSA akhirnya pilih PSA karena video mereka telah meningkat jauh dan setara ShAaNiG sampai gua masih save nya di PSA khususnya 10bit mereka.
Pahe gak pernah jadi pertimbangan karena memang gak layak di save sekelas nItRo dan YIFY, dan dulu pahe juga cuma encode 480p doang pas awal-awal. sampai sekarang Pahe ada UHD dengan size yg sangat besar tp saat dibandingkan dengan yg lain masih kalah bagus alias shit, kalah bagus kenapa kerena yg di bandingkan itu hasil encode nya bukan source nya bukan warna video karena sourcenya.
gua download video sejak 2008 udah 6412 film dengan besar 32TB.
abis baca komennya kayanya maksudnya suruh ditingkatkan adalah minta pindah ke x265 10-bit, yang peminatnya kalah dibanding x264 di sini.

Kuantitas pahe gak bisa disamain web kayak PSA, itu yg gw suka. Ada film dan series jadul dan skrg ada drakor jadi kalo dititipin donlot cewe ane makin gampang

UHD doesn’t pleases the eyes, you know? Its colours are not natural at all. We prefer the native HDR colour with its amazing brightness than the converted one.

about UHD x264 encodes, it might not please your eyes but maybe it pleased others. You can talk to source provider about it.

Walaupun saiz encode 10bit HEVC bisa jadi lagi kecil tapi yang pake 10bit HEVC itu perlukan latest/powerful hardware untuk didecode. Pahe sekadar pake 8bit AVC. Gak ribut buat yang sekadar ada legacy/outdated hardware. Lagi2 kalau yang pake 10bit HEVC HDR, mesti punya HDR capable monitor. Yah sudah jadi double trouble. Jadi saya setuju kalau Pahe tempat persinggahannya orang misqueen.

Moga apa yang adminnya PAHE lakukan ini sebagai Robin Hood dizaman moden akan diberkati Yang Maha Kuasa (walaupun saya sentiasa menghadapi krisis moral untuk mengunduh fail2 lanun).

One more thing about Pahe is they compress the audio ridiculously. Even 5.1 AC3 can get as low as 224kbps. Wtf is that! I clearly can’t hear any details especially for the movie with a lot of action (Open Matte Alita). Standard AC3 compression is at range 384~448kbps so you still can hear the details. For the AAC you can make it VBR as long as it still transparent from the source.
we use VBR AAC on every encodes, I notice that other sites still using CBR AAC

I suggest you to upload the lossless or lossy (but better) audio track too for every blockbuster title you release. Eg: eac3, core dts. You do that for few title before this right?
I will try. I also tried to encode dolby digital plus (from dolby atmos) but it required MacOS and I cannot run virtual machine. I wish I had someone who can help me set up virtual machine.

Orang indo mah gak peduli tentang kualitas audio video yang penting udah bisa nonton aja Alhamdulillah, tapi pas ditanya punya lu bagus gak ? langsung pasang seribu dinding dan ngegas seribu kata padahal downloadnya di PAHE paket hemat, itu ciri khas negeriku.
