It depends on the source used, in this one he uses the DEFLATE release for the WEB-DL version so that is already great quallity, see the screenshot on torrent sites, you’ll be amazed.

1080p isn’t even enough for me.
Try to look on torrent sites like RARBG, there are plenty of it, i think the admin here don’t want to waste time and resources to encode the 4K/2160 where only a few people would really download it, it takes at least more than 10 GB file size in its smallest compression (approximately 4 times the size of the 1080p version), that would’ve been taking a lot of space in the cloud drive, and a lot of time to upload as well

This is from physical bluray itself. Also there’s No such thing like ‘digital download bluray’.
The physical BD started to produce early July and distributed to retailer in the end of the month. The scene team (sparks etc) has the access to retailers and took the disk, ripped and encoded it

According to rumors 4k bluray already out in torrent but its really bad quality for 4k.They said 4k web-dl is better than 4k bluray.Well done marvel, well done . . .
