If you can’t play 10-Bit then you can’t play HDR

What is the difference between HDR and 10-bit? Does the bitrate change? HDR uses 10-bit image right?
HDR is definitely 10bit
but 10bit is not necessarily HDR

Please do a 2160p HDR from Tekno3D release. The 1080p HDR encode has lots of compression artifacts.
