The 10 episodes in the blu-ray release all seem severely edited in order to make them exactly 43:05. No subtitles were included in this release, and when I downloaded external subtitle files from the internet, it became evident that many lines of dialogue have been cut from each episode.
The AUS release of this season on eBay which should definitely be preferred. For example, the AUS version of episode 1 is 51:14 as opposed to the UK version which is 43:05 – almost 20% longer. Also the AUS release includes English subtitles.

“To silver-tongued men with sweet, dangerous smiles.” (this reply to the toast was cut in the UK release)
It’s sad that some studios are not committed to quality and excellence for their releases. A re-upload of said version would be the best, if you can, of course. Thanks in advance
