Most of the actors are English, so they spoke their language on set. I don’t think English track is wrong here as English and Italian audio are both dubs. It’s like with spaghetti westerns, where sometimes they were not even recording sound, so audio was made completely in post production.
So do I need to fix this or not?
I would say not. Actors spoke mostly English and that is what counts. Italian audio is dub, not original audio recorded on set.
