UHD has a mixed 4:3 ratio then switches to 9:16 after more than 20mins. This is pure 9:16 so I prefer this.

Nah, Ultimate cut is bad. The best one is extended aka director’s cut. This ultimate cut got the cartoon story which is distracting and made the film too long. Choose Director’s cut, next time okay?

Does the 720×264 come with directors commentary?
No.
The two commentary tracks (Snyder and Gibbons) are only included with the 1080p x264 and x265 releases; likely due to file size reasons, so as to maximize the video encoding rate for the 720p x264 release.
You can download either 1080p version, where both commentaries are already included.
Or, if you really prefer the 720p release instead, I extracted the director’s commentary track and uploaded it here:
