file shaped zip format, not mkv. but when extracted it cannot be done. it has failed for the third time, the file error. why?
The .mkv is embedded inside a .zip, which is also embedded inside a .zip. Two layers of .zip files need to be extracted in order to get to the .mkv.
If having issues, suggest using WinRar or 7-Zip for the extractions instead. Tested successfully with both. The built-in Windows extraction software also works, provided you do the two total extractions as well.
Extract the first .zip. Then extract the .zip that was inside the first .zip.
The .mkv will be the result.
At 1:17:21 with the 2160p x265 file (haven’t tested the rest) this happens:
