I’ve been Having the Same issue – But, I, Found the ONLY way to Bypass, this Annoying *Confirm You are not a Robot, Garbage is … If, You have a VPN, Turn it On .. Doing so, will Bypass this Annoyance & Allow You to Proceed
and get the Download You want.
If, You Don’t have a VPN, I, can See that there is NO WAY to Bypass it, Unless the ADMIN, does something on
His/Her end.
