For the confused this is both Treasure Island (1988) and Treasure Island Part II: Captain Flint’s Treasure (1989) or rather it’s just one film which has both parts but the only entry in IMDB only under Treasure Island Part II: Captain Flint’s Treasure (1989).
Ostrov Sokrovishch (Остров Сокровищ, the name of the file and the title of the film) is literally “Treasure Island”
And to add to the confusion this is also not the recut American version called The Return to Treasure Island (34 minutes shorter, just the animation minus the live action parts)

Great movie and not at all what you’d expect from a Soviet cartoon. More like post-psychedelic early 70s Western cartoon. Very odd!
