DAY SCENES ARE UNNECESSARILY TOO MUCH BRIGHTER, I THINK I WILL REPLACE THIS COPY WITH YOURS PREVIOUS NORMAL BLU-RAY RELEASE LATER.
NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY U NEVER ENCODED “KONG SKULL ISLAND” 1080P, X 264 FROM A UHD SOURCE.
You make it sound like Pahe themselves encoded it to be bright. The actual movie looks like that on most sources. Just like how some movies are released to WEB/Blu-ray with a darker image, The MEG was released with a really bright image. Except for the standard 1080p SDR Blu-ray, all versions of The MEG look like this.
