Is this any different from Part 3?
Yes. This one have complete different beginning and ending + some different scenes and in some place new music. That’s why this version is called Director’s Cut.

Should I watch the original part III first or straight to this?
I saw both. If I were you, I’d watch the first two films and then straight to this version. It’s a major improvement over the original, in my opinion.
