Does this quality better than the bluray version?
I prefer the normal bluray version, cause it gives bit higher video quality than the Open Matte (web-hd source–1080p). Open Matte gives bigger screen ratio for video, which gets cropped on normal bluray, yet I choose normal bluray. [Now, here if the source were open matte 2160p web-hd or brrip I would go for open matte, and since there is no such source yet, I am happy with just normal bluray.]
Open Matte (bluray source) like pahe did for Titanic is similar or perhaps better than normal bluray . So, I guess it’s about the source ; whether its a web-hd or brrip and i think pahe is wasting time on web–hd open matte. I appreciate pahe doing Remastered or UHD in 720p for any past films or tv-show as he chooses 2160p brrip/web-hd sources.
Anyway , Thanks to pahe for his dedications, and @Divyansh and others–it is my personal opinion, so do what you prefer. Don’t start a argument war here pls.
