I want to watch this as I have heard very good things about this movie. Mainly that is so good because of the stellar acting performances in it. I wasn’t even aware that there was an unrated version. If there is an unrated version I have a feeling we will have to wait until the Bluray comes out before we get an unrated version.

@Admin Ok So I downloaded 1080p x264 6CH | 1.44 GB, 1080p x265 6CH | 881 MB, 720p x265 | 599 MB just to make sure. All 3 are at 3:2 aspect ratio so this must be how it was released. So your encodes are ok. I hate when directors do this. So disregard my previous comment asking if there was a mistake made when doing the encode. This is just how this movie is.

For nearly all releases on the Pahe site (and for certain all recent ones from the past few years to the present):
There is an informational box about the source, aspect ratios, etc.
For this release:

The part that shows the 1080×720 resolution would alert the end-user what to expect in terms of aspect ratio of the end resultant file.
Next week, July 7th, Backrooms officially releases a digital version, then the YouTuber Box Office Trilogy will be complete.
I think the unrated version is out. At least the duration seems to be 1 minute longer.
