Seriously what’s up this question? pls enlighten me.
Watermark meaning the sad decision some encoders on this site have recently made to hardcode pahe.in into the picture. Like with a quiet place part II web-dl Tenant BR and many others. Its such a stupid thing to do and for me ruins the whole file so im left replacing them with lower quality yify encodes (even they dont hardcode into the picture). Did it right on the intro title for QP2 as well. Oh lets make it the same shade yellow that won’t be as intrusive. Make it bright pink who cares once its there the picture is ruined. I dont see this driving any site traffic but what do i know. What makes it especially confusing is we all know the copies come from the scene mostly. I almost wish the original encoders would start to hardcode their tag first so then it would ruin it for us all. You take a copy someone else made, which is mostly if not entirely free and put your stamp on it. They can give it for little to nothing without plastering their name all over it yet this site can’t do the same and its a shame. Sites like this Shaanig and mkvcage have done us all a solid for years but eventually greed always ruins the art somehow. I honestly don’t care if this comment gets published as long as an admin reads it so go ahead and delete.
Man, I did not think that this is much of an issue. You cant stand a few seconds of watermarks which is almost unnoticeable? This is not like there is some technical issue on the video. you sound like you own the copyright or facing inconvenience to index the movie on your own website. Dude Wake up! You are watching a movie for free and these guys put some effort on to it. It might not be a lot but it is still a work. Why cant they take some liberty which is not a big deal? I also believe that these guys or a guy placing watermark only on the video which they encode themselves. You should not show this arrogance while you are getting a high quality videos for free. After reading many guys mentioning it, Seriously i thought that this has something to deal with technically. But man this is silly!
