That you are asking this question does make one question your understanding of how the scene works.
Unless a release is nuked, generally scene groups do not do additional releases of sources already released by other groups; unless the need for a PROPER arises. Sometimes there ARE releases that do duplicate other previously released content, but such releases usually will be labeled as INTERNAL.
BYNDR has been doing releases for well over 12 months now. I think they began the very beginning of 2024 if my old brain is remembering correctly.

Clearly you don’t understand the difference between a site like Pahe and Bittorrent. In Bittorrent files are scattered and you download bits from peers. Here there are a big assortment of encodes in various locations… but all that work can be deleted if it’s easy to track down those files. So some barriers have to be set up to thwart any robots that perform that function. Can it be a pain in the arse… yup. But the benefit is file retention can last for years while obscure files on Bittorrent can fade away in months and late comers get stuck with 58% of a file… forever.
