No it looks like all digital retailers only advertise it as R rated for now. Probably because that R version is still running in some theaters. And I just checked a certain scene and it’s the same as it was in theaters.
Uncut will probably come with the blu-ray. And I would hope, just guessing, the uncut version will be added as an extra for digital purchases.
According to Twitter:
“The *uncut* version of Brandon Cronenberg’s INFINITY POOL is opening in select Canadian theatres Feb. 24 and will be available to own across all digital platforms Feb. 28.”
So “all digital platforms” means this is Uncut version.

This is not the uncut version but is the Decal version. Decal is the American Rated-R version. Elevation put out the uncut version in Canada.
