S04E01 was incorrectly encoded with two different shows in one video file. The first show is Empire S04E01 followed by Star S02E01. Since 1 hour and 28 minutes of video was encoded versus the intended video length of approximately 43 minutes for the given file size, the overall video quality is therefore very low.
