The 7.1 is’nt Atmos. Just regular Dolby Digital Plus audio.

this still baffles me.. how can HQ 1080p x264 DD+5.1 Atmos be = 11.7 GB while 4K UHD is at = 10.8 GB ???

HQ 1080p is x264 encode
While 2160p(4K) is x265 HEVC encode. HEVC saves space and provides better quality.. For more detailed information google Video Encode types.
