For “Normal (2025)” the Video and Audio tracks are misaligned so it is out of sync with each other. Normally, sync can be achieved by advancing or delaying the audio track but in this case, the misalignment is cumulative (getting worst as time goes by) so the 2 tracks can never be sync.
Its possible the movie is removed for re-encoding or getting a different source before re-encoding.
Don’t know anything about “Victorian Psycho (2026)”.
