The 720p x265 10-Bit | 4 Eps | 1.22 GB 1F download is being blocked as dangerous by my browser – this is the first time I’ve had that happen, but it sure suggests that the file may have been compromised/infected. Hope you folks can fix that!

The browser issue(s) you mention are most assuredly a “you” problem.
No issues with either the 1F or the PD links and/or redirects.
How are you being alerted, and by what, that “the file may have been compromised/infected”?
The links being shared on Google Drive are doing this for a while now. But you can bypass the problem by getting to the point in the process when the file has been shared TO your drive folder, then going into drive itself to start the download.
Have to wonder if either of the two complainants are using some kind of proper network wide blocking (Pi-Hole, AdGuard Home, etc) …or at the very least using uBlock Origin.
As far as GD links are concerned, another option is to just use the links from MultiUp, DB, ID, FCD, DD, or Telegram instead that are on the GDFlix page.
