I remember watching this series, on and off, during the late 1980s and early 1990s and thought that it was really good and funny at the time. I haven’t watched it in years nor have I watched the revival either. Maybe It’s time to take a plunge and revisit this series once again and see what I think of it in 2020.

I’ve downloaded the first two seasons earlier today using UTB links. Now all the links of other seasons (except for s10) say “You must be premium to download this file” What is happening exactly?

That’s most likely due to a software issues on whatever machine/device the file was downloaded to.
What application for unpacking and what OS are you using?
@arrrcache, im on a Chromebook….i dont klnow what application, i just double clicked to open the file, and it wouldn’t open. so i took a chance and renamed the extension from zip to rar.

That is starting to make a lot more sense.
.zip are usually handled natively by ChromeOS, whereas .rar sometimes isn’t. Like many things… it depends. So the .zip may have been handled by the OS itself, and that can cause some issues. Whereas renaming the extension to .rar may have forced whatever third-party software you already had installed to handle the unpacking.
The stalwart applications that get recommended most often are WinRAR and 7-zip but those are for Windows (7-zip does have some Linux support, but that won’t really help you directly on ChromeOS).
It’s always recommended regardless of OS to have multiple ways to deal with compression/decompression. There are weird quirks that can sometimes happen be it on Windows, *nix, macOS, ChromeOS, etc.
A local Android app is most likely the best solution for your situation, long-term.
