When comparing this new remaster to the older bluray, I didnt notice a huge difference. More grain and slightly more detail. The original bluray was done with a 2k resolution DI which actually turned out surprisingly well for its time.
Now if you want to see a huge difference, the green mile 4k blows the bluray out of the water. it was like going from a DVD to 4k.
