What is the difference between this (the OAR blu ray version) and the regular blue ray version
This version, OAR, is the original aspect ratio because it was originally shot and often screened in a 4:3 aspect ratio. The other version is widescreen, but instead of more picture on the side with the wider frame, the widescreen actually just cut off at the top and bottom image. So this OAR version has more picture information and is how it was originally shown.
The OAR Blu-Ray has the 4:3 aspect ratio and the Remastered UHD Blu-Ray has the same ratio too. I compared the 1080p versions and the OAR encode here sucks because of the DNR and no grains in it. The skin looks like plastic in the OAR upload here. So go for the Remastered UDH 1080p encode.
Secondly, the Blu-Ray version uploaded here contains the wide-screen version so a lot of the essence of the movie is lost in that but it looks gorgeous with all the color and grains.

I don’t know that the other movies have OAR versions? I think it’s just this first one. The others were originally shot with widescreen image firmly in mind. So you probably will wait a long while.
