Why I Like your encodes:
1. no stupid filters, noise removal, color change, sdr–>hdr
2. good encoding settings, not like other noob encoders (tho you can always make it better)
3. reasonable size with original pgs subtitles and HQ Audio!!!

x265 codec is usually for one who face storage problems. The quality difference is negligible. If you have enough space you can go for x264 and if you want a more efficient codec go for x265! As simple as that. I will prefer x265 tho. 🙂
