This movie is not in its original language which is Cantonese but dubbed in Mandarin.
Almost Shaw Brothers movies in the 70s or Hong Kong movies these days are basically in Cantonese unless dubbed in Mandarin.
The Cantonese dialect is the main language spoken in Hong Kong and they read the Chinese characters in the Cantonese manner.
China or rather the Chinese have various dialects such as Hokkien (Taiwan), Teochew, Hakka, Foochow, Hainese, Shanghainese and so on depending from which region you are from.
Mandarin is the Lingua Franca of the Chinese people and official language of China.
Hope you can find the Cantonese version as they are more suitable in terms of dialogues and expressions.
Ah, the source didn’t mention that. It was only said Chinese. I just checked and the source only had 2 audio: Chinese (which appear to be Mandarin not Cantonese) and German (obviously not the original dub).
I have found source with Cantonese audio I will it to re-encode this movie.
