Could you please provide checksum for every file you upload, because I suspect “instant dl” from gdflix give me different video from what you upload, in this releases it gave me 528mb mp4 for 720p
Not our problem. Ask GDflix support or never use instant dl option.
Sure it’s not your problem, but you can prevent this by simply print the checksum of the file; sha256 is good enough
it’s not about checksum, but the media has been converted by Google to make it streaming compatible, and the quality has been degraded by that.
That’s why checksum important, so user can verify they get the same file as you uploaded
if you see different size/format. MP4 instead of MKV, checksum has zero point any more because it’s already too obvious.
Well I got lucky I noticed it because it different size and format, but what if not?. Just said you are too lazy to put the checksum
